Service Description
After scheduling, use the link in your email confirmation to join. We will still handle communications, billing, and everything else through Wyzant; the only difference here is that you can instantly see when I am available and can instantly schedule a session. Note 1: Please book at least 18 hours in advance, in order to guarantee an appointment. Otherwise, if urgent, it is best to message Zack on Wyzant (contact me through Wyzant, not this site, in accordance with Wyzant policies please) and I'll do my best to accommodate. Note 2: You will receive a confirmation email from this website regarding your session after booking. Please ignore the fact it is sent from Troy Tutors. We will be using Wyzant! Wyzant bookings are managed through this website, since it already manages bookings for Troy Tutors and creating an additional bookings platform for Wyzant sessions alone would be expensive.
Cancellation Policy
Please read cancellation/reschedule/no show policy before booking! 1. If you cancel or reschedule 30 hours before a session, you will be charged 10% of the hourly rate of the booked session. 2. If you cancel or reschedule 24 hours before a session, you will be charged 50% of the hourly rate of the booked session. 3. If you cancel or reschedule 12 hours before a session, you will be charged 100% of the hourly rate of the booked session. 4. If you do not show up to the tutoring session, you will be charged 100% of the hourly rate of the booked session.
