If you call us, and we don't pick up right away (we might be in the middle of tutoring),

expect to hear back from us in no later than 1 hour.

Please text for emergencies. If we are currently in a meeting or support call,

we will still be able to read the message, and send to the appropriate team member,

versus waiting until after a meeting or support call ends, to get back to you.
